Real Cases, False Accusations of Child Abuse

Client Accused of Being Local "Kiddy Porn Kingpin"
A Texas man read some of our material on child sexual abuse allegations and
contacted the office for help with his criminal defense. The
county sheriff had accused him of sexually abusing his two nieces
and nephew, and had labeled him the local "kiddy porn kingpin."
The man was facing multiple consecutive life sentences. We
went to Texas to help the client's two local attorneys, one a
retired judge, the other a former district attorney. When our
chief litigator finished training the two attorneys in the law and science
of child abuse allegations, they agreed that he
should stay on and do a "taint" hearing to demonstrate to the court
that the investigators and their church "counselor" had completely
tainted the children's memories. Our chief litigator conducted a three-hour
hearing that at times became quite heated. At the conclusion
of the preliminary proceedings, the judge threw out the entire case.
The client is now suing the church "counselor" and the sheriff's
department. |

Wife Fabricates Allegations of Abuse
A college professor in an eastern state
hired us after his soon-to-be-ex-wife made false accusations of child
sexual abuse against him. We were hired to get to the bottom of
the allegations as quickly as possible. Our trial team leader used the pending
divorce case to set up two depositions for the main “experts” supporting mom’s
fabricated claim of abuse. Both of these “experts” brought their own
attorneys to the deposition as did the accusing mom. Our chief litigator spent a
full day using the research science published in reputable scientific journals
to cross examine the experts. When the judge and the prosecuting attorney
heard about our depositions, the criminal case was dropped. |

Police
and Attorney General Conduct Witch Hunt
A medical
professional in a mid-west state read some of our’ material
on science and law. A lawsuit-happy patient had decided he had a
nice building and made false allegations to the local police that the client was
committing sexual acts during her visits. The police
and the state's attorney general collaborated to send the woman back
with a hidden video camera to tape several visits. Next, the
police and the attorney general found two local "experts" in the
same medical specialty to testify that what the client had done was
unethical, incompetent, and completely sexual in orientation. At
trial, the district attorney showed the video, got testimony from
the local “experts” and even got another patient to blurt out during
her testimony "He did sexual stuff to me too!" Again, our chief litigator
used the science and the published research in the scientific
journals to cross examine the witnesses. The result: not guilty of
all charges. |

Child Protective Services Nearly Destroys Another Family
A computer
professional in an eastern state called us when police
from out of state secretly came into his town and took his
children. The very next day this man was arrested on child sexual
abuse charges and the protective services people from the other
state said they were going to see to it that dad was put in prison
and that the kids were taken away from mom--forever. Our team
fought the matter for two years in three courts and got all the
criminal charges against the father to disappear. Our chief litigator went
head to head with the state’s attorney, a court appointed attorney
for the children and a court appointed attorney for the mom--every
step of the way. After he exposed the shocking
incompetence of the state's experts and proved that the allegations
of sexual abuse were fomented by bad blood in the mom’s family, the
parents were reunited with their children. |

Unwed
Father Wins Custody of Children from Unbalanced MomOur team took
on a case of a man who had fathered two little girls with a woman
who became a born-again Christian. They were never married. The
father made a bid for visitation rights, but his attorney
made a mess of the trial. The father lost so badly that the judge was
convinced the father had abused the girls. Our trial team leader
deposed the local university social workers who were backed up the mom's
story of abuse. We took the case to the state appeals court, and the Detroit Free Press made an
eight-part series out of the case. Our team fought the matter
for three years, got the father cleared of all charges, won the
appeal (the appellate court severely castigated the social workers),
and won a new custody trial. The proofs demonstrated that the mom
was so psychologically unbalanced that full custody was given to
the father with no contact for the mother until she completed
therapy. Now, the girls are doing great. They're even on the honor
roll at school.
